Tao Te Ching

Eleven

"We join spokes together in a wheel, but it is the center whole that makes the wagon move. We shape clay into a pot but it is the emptiness inside that holds whatever we want. We hammer wood for a house, but it is the inner space that makes it livable. We work with being, but nonbeing is what we use."

Wow. This is a very powerful perception. This is the definition of akasha or space in Sanskrit. Akasha is everything and one of the subtlest forms or elements in Ayurveda. This is so stunningly beautiful to me that it puts me in a seat of awe and gratitude for understanding it.

With love and gratitude,

Dayna
